Daré Renhanga

The Daré Renhanga Library of Wellbeing Wisdom is a living collection of practices, resources, and knowledges that nurture the wellbeing and wholeness of women of African descent. Here, you will find wisdom shared with us by Black women around the world. Some of these practices are ancient, some we're figuring out in our living rooms right now and others may be familiar. Take what works for you and leave the rest.
The texts, manuscripts, and notes that hold our healing practices. Some were published. Some were just passed down in kitchen notebooks.
Open the TextsAudio recordings, drumbeats, and guided breathwork. Sometimes you just need to close your eyes, listen, and let your body arrive before your mind does.
Sit & ListenThe knowledge that has always passed between us, across kitchen tables, group chats, and generations. Find a circle and share the practice.
